New Yorkistan thumbed their noses at the SCOTUS and got smacked down. Now the 9th Circuit in California is playing games with the state's standard capacity magazine ban. Judge Benitez is doing the best he can over in SoCal, but the 9th circuit decided to ignore its own rules to overrule Judge Benitez. Will the 9th Circuit's flagrant violation of Heller and Bruen and their own procedural rules earn them a smackdown similar to New York State's?
