This is result of the recent "bipartisan" gun legislation passed earlier this summer. They originally said it will only affect 18-20 y/o's that have a juvi record but it appears they can't get their system to flag those folks properly so they're just automatically delaying ALL 18-20 y/o's for 10 days.

On a brighter note, your governor's CCIA got slapped with a preliminary injunction....killed the: "good moral" clause, contact info of spouses/significant others requirement, "sensitive places" restriction (churches, parks, bars, movie theaters, private businesses, etc.), social media disclosure requirement, etc. She has got to be absolutely livid....heh heh.
