Done. I put in my note basically that I was giving them fair warning that I do not consent to this new rule and since I don't consent this would be an infringement of my second amendment right and they would also be in violation of deprivation of rights under color of law.

I wonder if that's the secret lol..... So if you get pulled over and don't ask if your free to go it's considered implied consent. So if you get arrested for dumb gun law can you just say you don't recognize the law not consent to it being applied to you and therefore since you don't consent it's infringes on your right and unenforceable?

Looks like Biden took executive action. All 80% kits will now be required to have a serial number.

So starting next week, we'll all start buying 75% lower receivers.

The new rule changes the current definition of a firearm under federal law to include unfinished parts, like the frame of a handgun or the receiver of a long gun. It says those parts must be licensed and include serial numbers. Manufacturers must also run background checks before a sale — as they do with other commercially made firearms. The requirement applies regardless of how the firearm was made, meaning it includes ghost guns made from individual parts, kits, or by 3D-printers.
