    A three-judge panel of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has just ruled for the plaintiffs in Duncan v. Becerra, striking down the state’s “large capacity” magazine ban. You can read the full decision here.

          From what I'm reading, it sounds like the ban is actually still in place despite this ruling. I'm not exactly sure how that works and what the point of this ruling was if it doesn't have any impact until the en banc decision. It seems like they've stacked it so that only the ruling they want gets enforced.
