Yep! They've been working on sneaking that one in for several weeks now while everyone is distracted with the corona. How to we get the word out to all of our newly-minted gun owners?
Beer is like porn, you can buy it but it's more fun to make your own

I joined a support group to help me deal with my social anxiety but I just can't seem to work up the nerve to go to a meeting......

      You missed a big one.

Section 709. Implementation of a federal gun database.

This is gun confiscation. Plain and simple, as all AR and AK types are prohibited.

      Good luck with that

That is a NICE looking bunch of meat!

I can still find a use for my thumb, even though it no longer has a hole to finger.

I could have been enjoying his nuts.

I figured a federal database was implied by Sec. 201.

That seems to be more about reporting information than the collection of information.

Isn't it strange how that is not mentioned in the summary?

(Not at all, of course, as they want to slip that through....)

This one is really insidious, imho...

Take a look at SEC. 701. GUN SHOP SECURITY MEASURES.

This would probably have the effect of putting most smaller gun shops out of business.

Then, take a look at SEC. 704. GUN STORE THEFTS and SEC. 705. CIVIL ENFORCEMENT.

These would eventually put most of the rest of the gun shops out of business, through no fault of their own, thanks to criminal activity.

Can't everyone just agree that a guy who publicly questioned a US Navy admiral about the risk of Guam tipping over shouldn't be writing or sponsoring legislation?
