FARMINGTON â€” Jeremy M. Fiske, 39, of Farmington, was charged Nov. 1 by sheriff's office investigators with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Deputies said Fiske had two high-capacity magazines, each holding 30 rounds of ammunition. He was arraigned in town court and remanded to jail in lieu of $500 bail or $1,000 bond.

Well, on the bright side they have to release him from jail before the first of the year to meet the new bail reform law mandate.
