What do you do when multiple federal, state, and local agencies failing to effectively do their jobs results in a mass shooting? Obviously you create yet another government bureaucracy that will attempt to do the same things except in a far more invasive and unconstitutional manner.

Hopefully this legislation never gets passed, but if it does hopefully it gets struck down unanimously by the SCOTUS. It seems like unwarranted searches and collections of information would upset the liberal and conservative justices.
