  • S01412 In the Assembly

This had better ruffle some feathers.

Relates to establishing additional requirements to purchase a firearm, shotgun or rifle; requires a person to apply for a hunting license prior to the purchase of a shotgun or rifle; establishes additional requirements for all firearms, shotguns and rifles including taking a five hour gun safety course and exam, passing a shooting range test with 90% accuracy, providing notarized proof of a passed drug test and mental health evaluation, providing proof of purchase of firearm and ammunition safe storage depositories and passing a criminal background check.

Seriously? Is this an attempt to make it appear that firearms are for hunting purposes only in NYS or just a total disconnect on reality?

"90% accuracy" means squat without defining the test. I'm sure they'll come up with something good for the test because they're so knowledgeable about firearms.

Meanwhile, RBG is so healthy she's not showing up to hear any oral arguments.

Who has the receipts for their safe(s)? I got one as part of an estate and bought the other at a garage sale.

I think that all of this has been addressed by Heller, it's time these states got reminded of that. We really need RBG to be sent out to pasture, a 2A supporting female to be seated on SCOTUS (pronto), and certiorari granted to a few of these unconstitutional bans upheld by state courts.
Beer is like porn, you can buy it but it's more fun to make your own

I joined a support group to help me deal with my social anxiety but I just can't seem to work up the nerve to go to a meeting......

And that's 90% accuracy with a firearm you don't own or can't practice with. Makes a lot of sense, right? Here's a race car, go run a perfect lap at Watkins Glen the first time out.

There's part of me that likes these laws that are coming through because they WILL eventually work their way up to SCOTUS, which with the proper makeup, could make this Peshitta go away for a LONG time. (I'm trying to be optimistic, otherwise I'll just be drunk 24/7)

the S.Ct. does not want 2A Cases

                    Heller came and went
Might you go out and buy a pistol for "home use"
Without a discretionarialy issued PP. In the statutory STATE OF NEW YORK ???

This is such a load of bullPeshitta that I'm actually at a loss for words.

That is a NICE looking bunch of meat!

I can still find a use for my thumb, even though it no longer has a hole to finger.

I could have been enjoying his nuts.
