  • How to move to Vermont?

I am highly considering moving to Vermont. I can still get to work from Bennington, North Bennington, Shaftsbury etc in under 1 hour. I also work a compressed week so only need to travel 3 days 1 week and 4 the next.

My question is how do I move there? I have a PP in Saratoga. Since Vermont is free can't I just take my pistols with me and FUAC?
They can't stop us let them try. For heavy metal we will die!!!

    Yes, yes you can!

Beer is like porn, you can buy it but it's more fun to make your own

I have to bend over too far

    I get a boner.

bareback every couple of days, GTG. Bareback, brokeback, same $hit!

I joined a support group to help me deal with my social anxiety but I just can't seem to work up the nerve to go to a meeting......

Yep! Throw them in the car and head over the border it's all good....with one caveat: bring your 10 round mags with you. Buying a handgun is as simple as walking into LGS, paying for pistol, passing 4473, and walking out the door with your new gun.

BUT! Be aware that things are changing in VT, the liberals have gained a foothold there now. Used to be that anyone 16 of over could purchase, possess, and carry concealed a pistol....they just changed that to 21 as well as implementing a magazine restriction (15 rounds for pistol, 10 for rifle), and red flag law. I would bet that it won't be long before you see "assault weapon" legislation, etc.

Thanks for the info. I fear everything will be changing as soon as the Trump presidency is done anyways. It's just so bad here that even some restrictions there are a breath of fresh air.

Plus land and housing are cheaper so I can afford to buy a small house with a piece of land on my own salary.

At present I'm looking more towards New Hampshire as I too feel Vermont will soon be changing. NH has a republican governor and I'm under the impression he is well liked and the state is doing well as a whole. Perhaps it too will fall prey to liberalism but hopefully not anytime soon. NH has no state income tax, no sales tax. I believe it gets the necessary operating revenue from real estate taxes which are a little higher than NY, but not that much higher.

                    Hang on to your hats....

Just wait till SAFE ACT II comes in January.

That is a NICE looking bunch of meat!

I can still find a use for my thumb, even though it no longer has a hole to finger.

I could have been enjoying his nuts.

Surely. We will be able to turn in all our guns. The GOV will protect us.
