in texas, a judge pulled a pistol, and shot a guy in court, not guilty as he was "engaged in judicial activity"
another judge, also in texas was raping women in his chambers
he was initially found "not guilty" but the appeals court roasted him as 'rape was not a judicial function'sic semper boogalooComment
