    BTW: The video I saw seems to show the muzzle/forend of an AK being poked out the window, I'm guessing she ain't getting that one back.

    any gun the cops seize should be considered gone

    now, I have to correct you a bit
    because the SAFECrap Charge was only dismissed because of circumstances, not because the charge itself was, say ...un-constitutional

        The article isn't written very well. It makes it sound like having the gun under the bed is a violation, rather than the gun itself.

          I see that that statement might be interpreted different ways

          the crucial aspect here, though, is how many people are even aware that the SAFECrap affects them ..??
          or, alternately, have any idea what it is ..?
          perhaps it was about Gun Safety Training ..??

          I suspect that the Case was dropped for a reason we are unaware of, perhaps it was the boyfriends rifle, it was unloaded, etc
