I left the ammo in my BIL's hunting cabin in Maine. Is that far enough or can be considered loaded? I am worried.
It is a shame when people demanding tolerance, have no tolerance

I have received the real story here ...
Mr. Pratts problem was that he called 911
I do not know if his Attorney wants the details posted, but they can be by P.M.
Mr. Pratt is getting hosed just like every other gun owner "in this STATE"

Rule number 1 never talk to the police. The only words to ever say to them are "I want my lawyer".

it seems that almost all STATEs have a conviction rate of near 98-99%
this is due to plea bargains, and the pressure the Prosecutor will bring to bear by "over charging"
                  well, that's just plain wrong

"over charging", viewed in another light.. are false allegations

there seems little gun owners may do about the SAFECrap, I do not ever expect it to go away

                  we can, tho
go after unlawful allegations made in the prosecution of such
said Prosecutor has a duty to charge only crimes that have a basis in law, and witnesses, or evidence in the instant action

I am working on a complaint letter, pending verification of the exact allegations made by the D.A.
New York gun owners are never going to get any satisfaction thru legal process
we can hold prosecutions to the letter of the law with some effort, and stop political prosecution of the SAFE Act by grassroots action
