    I have FINALLY figured out ONE of the reasons for the UNSAFE Act!!!!

    So, I've been busy as hell lately at the shop (I haven't forgotten about you USMC) AND I have been busy with a group on facebook I admin. The group is NY Bows and Crossbows and to eliminate the chance of being in"Facebook Jail", and being targeted by the NYSP, it's been made so that NO pics of guns are allowed. Now, with that said, there has been a rash of arrests made against people in other hunting groups on FB. They ARE UNSAFE Act arrests!!! You guessed it. It's people that do not know about the private sale having to go through a FFL!! Here's what I've stumbled on. A FB user posted the official paperwork showing the charges AND the name of the investigator and his fake FB profile whom was involved. I posed the question that if that person was charged, why isn't the investigator being charged since THEY TOO were part of the ILLEGAL transaction?? 3.....2......1 ..... BINGO!!! That is THE reason for LEO's to be exempt from the law!! They CAN partake in illegal activities FOR A POLITICAL AGENDA!!! I would love to speak to a lawyer about this because this is basically "entrapment". You cannot have "a certain group" of CITIZENS legal and another ILLEGAL in the SAME activity!! That is NOT Constitutional under ANY circumstances when it comes to a law like this!! I'm trying to find the post as I'm sure NYSP and FB took it down to hide what is happening in NYS!! When I find it, I'll post the picture of the paperwork here. I'm pretty PO'ed right now at what I'm seeing!! Oh .... hey guys and gals. I've missed you!!

    I joined a support group to help me deal with my social anxiety but I just can't seem to work up the nerve to go to a meeting......

      It's called a sting operation. Entrapment is when you normally would not do something illegal but the police trick or convince you into breaking the law. So if the Facebook person said he wanna buy this and the undercover person said sure then it's not entrapment.

            Law enforcement is most certainly not " exempt from the law"
            it is indeed a Crime to Offer For Sale without an FFL

            You, however, are bound for disappointment because unless you find a , at least a "semi-famous" Attorney
            one who is not afraid of retribution, there will be no one that will force this Issue

            Attorneys are " Officers of the Court" they practice by permission of, and at the leave of the said Court
            their obligation is first to the Court, second to the Public Good, and third .. to the Client
