I always figured the coriolis effect was mainly a windage concern when shooting north or south. I didn't know there was an elevation component on east/west shots.NRA Life Member

The coriolis effect isn't nearly as much of a concern at 600 yards. If I ever shoot at 1000 on more than one range I'll have to take it into consideration.Originally posted by thughes View Post
