Range rime. first time in almost a year.

All work and no play makes the stinky pinky a bad shot.

Threw the 10-22 and range bag in the car this morning. There's an indoor gun range 15 minutes from work (Niagara Gun Range).

Put a scope on it last year and haven't shot it since so I wanted to get a zero on it. Took me a bit to even figure out where it was shooting. Finally brought it in to 20 feet and got some hits.

Dicked with the scope a bit, then started walking it out. It's at a 30 yard zero right now and I'll head back next week to get it out to 50 (longest there).

Sorry, no pics. Next time.

Had the place to myself til the end when a guy came in and did some pistol work. Looked like he was getting quite a few FTE's.

Nice and can't wait for pics next time. I am finally going to be able to afford to renew my membership coming up and plan to go shooting more once I do.

Good on ya. Hope that place improved there safety procedures. It's been a while since i've been to NGR. I stopped going there because they would rent guns to anyone. Once I was there when they rented an AK to some Eastsiders and they were shooting from the hip and doing all sorts of stupid stuff. One kids was trying to clear a jam outside the stall. Just swinging the barrel all over the place. I still have 40 minutes left on my hour but I gathered up my stuff as fast as possible and got out of there.
I told the owners with what was going on in there and she said they have cameras in the range and someone is always watching.
I said if someone is always watching why in the hell didn't anyone come in!?! What are they going to wait until someone gets killed!! Geezz
I haven't been back in over 2 years.
