.380 Lead Round Nose Vs. The SAFE Act

It's getting warmer out now so this is less of an issue, but I've been keeping an eye out for some .380 Lead Round Nose ammunition at the local stores and haven't been able to find any. Some indoor ranges don't allow FMJ bullets, so without lead round nose ammunition it's outdoor only shooting with a .380 pistol. Naturally it's easy to find the stuff online, but will any of these places actually ship ammunition into New York State now that Cuomholio has cursed us with the SAFE act?
