Do you guys use your firearms in the rain?

I dont see shooting in the rain as a big deal. Take some rubbing alcohol to it after dry it, lube it back up.

My guns are coated in grease so ... ain't no rain gonna hurt anything. Dry it off and reapply the grease. I actually could leave the water on the gun and let it air dry and still not worry about it. I use this stuff called GunSlick which I believe hasn't been made in awhile. (It's not made by Gunslick that is around now) All of the tubes of this stuff I have I got at a LGS and the packaging appears to be from the 70's and I scored about 20 boxes. I have yet to go through a second tube .... after 4 years. The stuff goes that far. Very very light coating and believe me ... it's sealed. It's also great to put on door knobs cause NOONE will turn that knob. It's too slick!! XD

I don't like to shoot in the rain but I took a class at Sig out in the rain and got stuck in IPSC shoots in the rains. Firearms handle it just fine. Its just not on my personal list of environmental conditions

I have once while out on a boar hunt, and I cleaned and dried it as soon as I got back inside. I have the rust prone Remingtons that rust if you look at them funny.

Typically I'm a fair weather hunter and shooter so there isn't much rain shooting.

Well I believe i do now..39 degrees and rain. I stayed 3 hours put through 130 .32, 140 9mm and 300 .22. 5 of us there had the whole place to ourselves. No stop every half hour stop and reset targets, we just did it when we wanted! A little bonfire in a 55gallon drum for warmth. Fingers got a tad cold for reloading but quite a different experience!

I've hunted in the snow and rain for many years, and my guns have always worked fine. I just make sure I clean and lube the gun once I get back to camp. The fear of getting a gun wet sounds like an x-gen or millennial problem.

My brother once told me he and his buddy had to set off a mortar one time when they were in Viet Nam. Problem was it was pouring rain and the tube was filled up with water. Dropped it in, heard a thump, the mortar popped out of the tube and landed about a yard in front of them. He said he thought they were as good as dead. Fortunately, they ignite through centrifugal force so it never got far enough to set itself off. He said he always covered the tube from that day on.

kinda not sure where I fit..being born in 1974 but live with my girl who was born in 1987 and I only hang out and work with 20 sumthings..maybe im a XMilleniar. But coming from a non hunting family I really never did bring my firearms in the rain..still, I always figured it would be fine cause you gotta just think back to Vietnam and those dudes submerging their guns in jungle slop.
