  • So this happened in Buffalo yesterday...

    http://wivb.com/2017/11/14/one-perso...ct-in-custody/

2 "ar-style" weapons. A pump action and a thorsden stock.

ATF is "looking in to where the weapons came from". That's a big difference from the Vegas and TX shootings where they had the gun shops ID'd in hours.

That top AR is a pump? Still looks as if mag is more than 10 rounds. And what's up with that forward grip on AR with the thorsden stock? I suppose they were both configured to be NY compliant at some point but then again that all goes out the window when attempt to use gun to unlawfully kill people now doesn't it?

You can wear body armor anywhere. There is no law against it. I think it would be unconstitutional to force someone to dress in a specific way.

              LETS PARTY BOYS!

                    PL 270.20

A person is guilty of the unlawful wearing of a body vest when acting either alone or with one or more other persons he commits any violent felony offense defined in section 70.02 while possessing a firearm, rifle or shotgun and in the course of and in furtherance of such crime he wears a body vest. The unlawful wearing of a vest is a class E felony.
Apparently unlawful to wear while committing violent felony while in possession of firearm...

I am talking innocent people, not criminals. Once you commit a crime you might have several felonies piling up.
They might have state or local ordinances on magazines and ammo too.

                        PL270.20.2

For the purposes of this section a "body vest" means a bullet-resistant soft body armor providing, as a minimum standard, the level of protection known as threat level I which shall mean at least seven layers of bullet-resistant material providing protection from three shots of one hundred fifty-eight grain lead ammunition fired from a .38 caliber handgun at a velocity of eight hundred fifty feet per second.

Not sure about that side-mounted forward grip on the SA but I do have to say it's going to be interesting to see how the left deals with the fact that these are both "compliant" rifles.

It'll never get mentioned. Doesn't fit narrative.
