  • Copper Wear elbow sleeves review...

So. I have given myself a bout of tennis elbow/carpel tunnel on both arms ever since I've been doing the 3 times a week range journeys.. I know it's from the range time cause all my life I've never once had an issue and I'm a pretty active/playful kinda Dad. I started this multiple days a week ranging when I became a member at my Club last April..that same Month or so the pains really began. Sometimes to the point where I couldn't even grab a drink on the table next me or take off my coat without the weight of the coat making the pains shoot through the wrist and elbow area. Soo I thought "lemme see about one of these copper wear sleeves".. I first bought one (13$ online) and the day I wore it, almost within hours of putting it on, my pains were diminished hugely! I mean really really considerably better. I have been wearing it almost daily now and have almost zero issues with the pains, I can twist my arm and lift in all angles and degrees without the shooting carpel tunnel feeling anymore. I guess the Egyptians and all other cultures that knew of the healing powers of copper really did know what benefits it held.(and when I was a young whippersnapper I used to bust my Dads chops cause he had one of those "copper ionizing" band bracelets he would swear by, well I'm a believer now lol) so now I have 2 copper wear sleeves that I wear one on each arm, and it just looks like an extension of a black shirt so no worries about fashion lol. Pain free and totally mobile like magic! That is all, I just felt like sharing my story in case anyone else has these types of pains or wondered if these copper things for sale really do anything.. I can attest that they do work (at least for me, and I've only tried the copper wear brand only, I can not speak of the other brands as I've never tried any others) there ya have it..copper is more important then gold when it comes to tennisy carpely tunneling in my opinion

    Awesome! Thanksnfor sharing.
I get lots of pain in my right thumbs / wrist area whenreloadingx shooting or working on the lathe. I thing it is a combination of age saugage fingers and huge thighs on my fat hands but maybe something like this would help. Where do I order for the hand?
I wished the had something for the neck too bevaise I get neck tension once in a while and it ends as headache.
Maybe we all should eat a 62gr barnes tsx bullet for breakfast every day. .......lol....
    ....
....joking! But hey they are solid copper lead free!!

May have to look into this myself!!! Do they have a headband?? My mind is in need of some serious help!!! Does it counteract tinfoil?? LOL Seriously though, I wonder if it would work with the pain in the elbows from 37+ years of drumming.

The short sleeve compression shirt looks cool. I've got a low grade minor (at this time) bursitis type of shoulder pain. Wonder if this would help.

I think I need the half finger gloves. I will give them a try. Many thanks for the review and the links!

LOL. We're all old. I get tingling/pains in my hands when I do a lot of fine-motor work, like embroidery, or when I'm using a lot of grip strength, like f'in house building all day long. Shoulder has started acting up too, with all the climbing up and down the scaffolding. (Long, boring story about more contractor screw-ups that I'm fixing.) Mek, let me know if you do get the gloves, and how they work.

Call me a skeptic but could it be that the benefits claimed above are a result of the compression rather than the copper?

Carpal tunnel itself is the compression of the nerve going through the carpal tunnel in wrist so more compression in that case probably wouldn't help.

I'm skeptical too but know plenty of people who swear by it
www.AvidArms.com I'm STIHL out of conditioner!!

Am I short stroking or going to fast?
