Awesome class with a fantastic instructor....do it!

(I get $5 from CF every time I bump one of these threads)
Beer is like porn, you can buy it but it's more fun to make your own

I have to bend over too far

    I get a boner.

bareback every couple of days, GTG. Bareback, brokeback, same $hit!

I joined a support group to help me deal with my social anxiety but I just can't seem to work up the nerve to go to a meeting......

Alistar, I've taken this class several times. It's awesome and worth the drive. Never been to Oneida Gun Club, is the class taught indoors? All of the classes I took were outdoors. Could be pretty miserable in Syracuse during January, just saying. That said I'd be down for another Chris Fry class. Always worth while. Maybe we can get MS to tag along for this one?

From what I've seen they only do the Pistol 2 class when they come to New Paltz and their website says that you MUST take Pistol 1 before Pistol 2, no exceptions.
I will call and talk to them sometime next week.

I can confirm they require you take Pistol 1 before Pistol 2. I talked to Chris about it already and even though it is an inconvienance since you have to take 1 first BUT it does make sense for the safety of everyone else. So can't fault him for that and when I met him he seemed like an awesome guy!

I'm willing to go out on a limb here and say if we can get 5 - 8 guys from Lower Hudson Valley interested in a Pistol Class, Chris will come down for it. Just saying...

Count me in, as long as you guys don't bust on me to much for my newbie shooting skills.

The Oneida club is an indoor range we use primarily in the winter months and for low light.

I will also be on Coxsackie NY on April 11 for PPS1.

Would love to do a private/semi-private class for NYShenaniguns Crew.

Also guys, I have a new course (couple new ones coming out in 2015) on Feb 8 in Marcy NY which does not require you to have a pistol license and is all force-on-target, force-on-force and scenarios.

I'd definitely be interested in this. Maybe will be able to talk my wife into taking this one too. Maybe. LOL.

I contacted MDTS and they let me know that they have a PPS1 class at Coxsackie Gun club south of Albany on April 11.

Requirements for setting up a private class would be -
                              1) a range that will allow us to do the class
                              2) at least 10-12 people depending on how far from me you are
                              3) I can do a class for less people however the price will be more/person
