Most if not all online stores won't sell and ship a standard configuration rifle to New Yorkistan due to unSAFE act. You can try BulletGuy.com and Darkstormindustries.com as they both make NY compliant rifles. There are others out there but you have to shop around. Another option is to build your own. They're like legos.Ok I can go a couple ways -
A few companies make NYS compliant models. No idea how shipping goes with online retailers. Where are you located? Hyperion Arms & Ammo is a western New York shop that puts together NYS compliant rifles that come with a warranty. They'll most likely be at the Rochester gun show at the end of the month.

Just did a quick google search. This person(s) has joined pages and pages of firearm related sites since September 1. Some registered as male, some as female. Some questions re: sales of ARs. some about ammo shipments, etc. Something fishy going on.
