Well until I hear otherwise, I'm gonna go with the assumption that it is a speech to text fail.
What Wildman is actually talking about is a "hot piece" as in a hot piece of ass. This is his job getting strategy, and it has already gotten him through the 2nd interview. He is hoping to seal the deal by offering his "hot piece" one last time in hopes of landing the job.
