This is a brand new factory refurb from Epson. It's a combination scanner/printer/copier with wireless capabilities. You can use your cell phone to print a document from anywhere, any time you think of it. We had a WF-4630 for a couple years and used it quite a bit. Then it stopped working and was giving us a hardware error code. Because it wasn't working, we were given a new printer for Christmas. After talking to Epson, we then found out they were replacing WF-4630 printers for free with upgraded units. So now we have the new printer we got for Christmas and the refurbished Epson. We don't need two printers. This Epson is still in the factor plastic with a fresh set of ink cartridges. Retail is $300. I'm looking for $170.
