I was looking for this thread to do a follow up after shooting the CMP match today and realized I never even got started here. So, got this old girl out for her first match (and my first match of the season). She did her job bringing me a score of 272 (a personal best), imagine what she's capable of if I do my part. Thug, I am really impressed with your 272. For the casual observer it was a beautiful sunshiny day, but the mirage was so bad that I was chasing the target black around in the waves. I have never shot in condition that bad. You are the man! If you have a concentricity gage get the PPU on it. That old girl likes straight rounds and the PPU is frequently off by as much as .006/.007. You will get an extra two or three points out of her getting rid of the vibration. Also take the cleaning rod out for match.
