    A woman scorned.....

    As I was putting my Swiss girl and the M1 back into the safe , my favorite Russian mistress gave me an ear full:

    <hot Russian girl voice> "Ever since you met that Swiss ***** I sit here in the dark, I want to go out dancing. Don't you love me anymore?"

    So.....looks like I have to take Iryna out on the town tomorrow.

    Stock has a really nice grain to it. Those Russian broads are tough and never complain about steel cased ammo! They will let you stick anything in them lol!

      I remembered to get some video!

      My buddy Tom knocking out a few shots before I take the wheel. We were shooting at an IDPA-sized steel silhouette at 200 yards:

            Nice looking Russian. That reminds me I still need to find the original firing pin. Ever since I switched over to the Murry's pin, I'm have been having some slam fire issues. Hopefully the original pin will bring it back to normal. Darnedest thing is it worked flawlessly and I had the neck job and Murry's firing pin to avoid slam fires and slam fires is what I got. Go figure. Perfect example of if it ain't broke don't break it.

              Amen Brother! I put the Murray's spring loaded pin in and had nothing but problems. The issue is the cheap ammo that I buy occasionally pops a primer....when that happens the hot gasses blow back onto the bolt, into the firing pin channel, and then they melt the firing pin spring. Once that happens the pin sticks forward and you get slam fires. The Commies had it right the first time, stay with the stock set up and just make sure that the pin rattles free in the bolt before shooting the gun.

                  So I can get $1,000 for blowing you two in for the manufacture of automatic weapons? That'll fund my 1911 that I've been wanting...... Speaking of which, I still want to stretch the legs on that SR1911 Todd if I can ever get out shooting again.
