Classic......they had a recent stock of K31's, K1911's, 1896/11's, and K11 carbines. They even had a few 1889's, I should have grabbed one as a wall-hanger (those are gone now).

Same struggle with the 03's. Just get after that front sight post with a file!!!! It's about .007" per MOA.

I was just trying to stir you up and it worked! Actually you need to buy a match post for it and they are taller. That way you can put her original blade back on when you are ready to walk hang her.

Speaking of "long gun".....I took this thing to the range today, didn't have a case long enough to put it in! The longest case I own is a soft side shotgun case that is 52" long and the K1911barrel sticks out a couple of inches (meh, close enough). Sorry to say, no range report: The club forgot to post that the prize shoot (trap) was happening today so the long range rifle course was closed (too close to the trap fields). Grrrr......wtf Bill? Anyhoo, I'll get a range report to y'all asap.
