This is something I picked up a while back, a 1934 Finnish M27 built on an 1899 Mosin receiver. These are very accurate shooters compared to your typical Mosin 91/30.

That is a NICE looking bunch of meat!
I can still find a use for my thumb, even though it no longer has a hole to finger.
I could probably could get away with a 52 inch shaft but if I could get a 54 inch shaft that would be great as I could always adjust the length of the shaft
That's one nice looking gun. What kind of range and accuracy can you get from this rifle?
Better than me and my eyes. I've only had a chance to shoot it once so far just to 25 yards. This rifle has very tight tolerances and a very light trigger compared to a 91/30. It wouldn't surprise me if it is as accurate as a Swiss K31. Perhaps we will have a NYSG shoot that I can get to and I will be sure to bring it along so we can try it!

Blackpowdershooter has a Finn and I've got a K31......guess we'll have to do a side-by-side at the 200 yd range one of these days. I'll bring a Garand so we can set a baseline.....
Beer is like porn, you can buy it but it's more fun to make your own
I have to bend over too far
I get a boner.
bareback every couple of days, GTG. Bareback, brokeback, same $hit!
I joined a support group to help me deal with my social anxiety but I just can't seem to work up the nerve to go to a meeting......
