America Un-divided
It’s funny to me to see all these stories in the left wing news papers and on the left wing television about how much America is divided and it seems they keep missing their mark because they and the Democrats are the ones trying to divide us note the TRYING.
There a number of things the left is not telling it followers who, may or may not know. The left wing is saying protecting our country from the hidden enemy and cutting out the rotten apples in the illegal...

Target Panic
I was sitting here today thinking about all the folks who have one kind or another starting to shake as the target approaches or getting the shakes after making the kill of a lifetime. You look and here comes the biggest buck you have ever seen right toward you, your heart starts to pound you can feel it beating in your chest, you start to breath faster and your hands start to shake yep you’ve got it “Target Panic†aka “Buck Fever†aka “The... -

Rightful Liberty
The ever changing history of the Bill of Rights.
Written by: Andy Carney
Thomas Jefferson wrote passionately about a philosophy called "Rightful Liberty". He said, "Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and... -

The Erosion of the Fifth
The ever changing history of the Bill of Rights.
Written by: Andy Carney
Today, I'm continuing exploration into the erosion of our 5th Amendment rights.
You have the right to remain silent. Right?
Back in the day, that was the case. Today, not so much thanks to two Supreme Court decisions in the last 5 years.... -

Natural Rights, some questions for you.

Recently CNN's Chris Cuomo interviewed Alabama State Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore about his recent directive to Alabama Probate Judges to not issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples. The whole interview lasts about 30 minutes and consists of Cuomo trying to get Judge Moore to admit that he made the ruling based on his religious beliefs and not on the rule of... -

The sad case of Marino Rossi
The ever changing history of the Bill of Rights.
Written by: Andy Carney
Who?
That's what I said initially. You probably did too. We'll get to Mr. Rossi in just a moment. But first, let's set the scene. It's 1911 in New York, one of the biggest and most rapidly growing cities in America.
One of the busiest places in the city, as you can imagine,... -

Who was Miranda
The ever changing history of the Bill of Rights.
Written by: Andy Carney
Ernesto Arturo Miranda was no angel. In fact, you might call him a scumbag, and rightly so. Ernesto was born in March of 1941 in Mesa, Arizona. He lived a short 34 years, his life ending by getting stabbed in a bar fight and spent most of his life in and out of prison starting at 12 years old when he made his first trip to reform school. Of... -

For those of you that truly know me you know I am passionate about people learning to protect themselves. You are responsible for your safety. No one else. Sometimes people confuse arrogance with my passion for you to learn how to be safer. That's okay. I'll never quit being passionate.
This story is really about all of you...Last edited by usmcveteran; 01-31-2015, 10:50 AM. -

Ignorance of the law is no excuse - until it is.
The ever changing history of the Bill of Rights.
Written by: Andy Carney
As you likely know, the 4th Amendment affirms the right of the people to be secure in their premises, papers and possessions and protects us from unlawful search and seizure. Additionally, I'm sure you've heard the phrase, "Ignorance of the law is no excuse." This is about the intersection of those...Last edited by usmcveteran; 01-31-2015, 10:52 AM. -
