Yes they did, they are clearly in wrong here and now it appears their investment may possibly have not been to sound. We even put in our policy here that you will get some sort of notification if we change them because it's the right thing.

I would advise private due to the fact that you don't want information getting out before your ready to submit the letter.If posted in a public area those members who are not willing or able to agree with the letter may inadvertently leak information accidentally or on purpose.If you limit access to the information you can also find where any leak may occur. I would have members who wish to sign contact the admin members then you all can get together to get the names and numbers to finalize the letter with each admin member responsible for a group

I'm so pissed I'm taking the time and hand deleting all of my posts over there. I know they will still have a record of the post. My thought is if someone is google searching for something I don't want one of my posts to draw them to the site. I'm hoping if more people do this it will hurt the traffic to the site. Therefore hurting VS pocket book.
