I looked into that a little lol only required to pay prorated amount for roofs lol. Guy I talked too who hasn't seen picture thinks water probably got through to the plywood and warped it since if a joist or something broke usually it's pretty evident inside. So cheapest worst case scenario he was saying around 3 grand but that is site unseen since I pressed for ball park.www.AvidArms.com I'm STIHL out of conditioner!!
