That's what happened when I cooked Chicken on my old grill! The new Cabelas 7 in 1 smoker/gas/charcoal grill I got last year is just great! I got it from a friend that won it in a raffle about 5 years ago and never put it together for $90.00. I do Chicken on the top grate and the flames never reach the bird when the fat starts to run, comes out perfect every time! (Hear that Chicken Shoot?)
