Well today is a sad day. Amazon has promised me multiple times that the late deliveries wouldn't happen anymore. I've explained to them multiple times that I make my buying decisions based on guaranteed delivery dates and that when they are also the carrier they can't blame anyone but themselves.
I was supposed to get something today and it didn't come. They issued a $5 promo credit after I said that wasn't acceptable. They asked if there was anything else so I asked about my package that was supposed to be delivered tomorrow and says it's on time. They said that too will be late. I asked if they could do anything else for me because it's a repeated issue that they promise won't happen again but always does. They said they would pass on my feedback so I asked them to just cancel my orders and that I will not be doing business with them anymore.
This sucks but I can't support a company that does business like that. Oh well.
