So here another easy one for you guys.
Chop some onions.
Mince some garlic (fresh, not the jar canned garbage)
One sweek red/green pepper or two, slized too.
Start cooking in 3/4 tea cup of olive oil.
Add some salt and black pepper.
When it starts reducing and get golden start topping with a few turkey breast thin cut cuts or even pork loins.
Just lightly golden and flip them. Then stack them on onse side and put a few more. I do 10 or 11 cutlets for a dinner or 4.
While this is done, steer and cover to start simmering. lower the heat.
On a mug put some white wine and apple cider. 1/4 cup of wine and 1/4 cup of apple cider. you might do this witih brandy too.
Warm this up and then put it in the pot to simmer as well. Let it simmer for 20 mintues or so.
On the same cup put 1/3 cup of wine or cider or even water. Warm it up again.
then grab some turmeric (Curry) and add to the water to dissolve. Make sure is fresh.
then add to the pot.
Let it simmer a few more minutes and sit. steel as the turmeric will make the sauce thicker and also as the reduction evaporates.
Might want to raise the heat a bit to accelerate the reduction but eventually the curry sauce will get to a loose gravy type of texture.
It might take 10 more minutes./
Then done, just take out of the heat and let it sit covered for 15 min before serving or while you do your first course.
I will add pics.
