Final "clue" for now if it was clear earlier. There is a code being used so the letters you see are not the letters that form the actual words. Yes it creates a sentence but I am not saying it's a proper sentence as far as construction of it.

I find this whole concept intriguing. .. but I've been working on this for 4+ hours and have essentially nothing. From a codebreaking standpoint though, something I do actually know a bit about and considering that it doesn't appear to be just a monoaphebetic cipher, I don't really expect it to get solved as is. I will say that the code used is possible to break. I don't know much about codes other then the monoalphabetic ciphers myself which this is not. If it was a monoalphabetic I think it would get solved way too easy using online solvers.
