Got mine. You download and print a form, fill it out, and email or snail-mail it back to clerk. 4-6 months later they will email you and tell you that it's ready for pick up. Go down to clerk's office, give them $12 (standard fee for replacement permit), get your picture taken, and walk out 5 minutes later with 2 plastic cards (one is permit, one lists guns) that take up 10 times as much space in your wallet as the old paper permit (folded in half) did.
I sent my application in mid-January, was notified late June that it was ready for pickup. My advice? Don't bother.....Beer is like porn, you can buy it but it's more fun to make your own

BTW, the plastic one (actually two) takes up a lot more space in the wallet than the folded paper one, I'm regretting going to plastic.Beer is like porn, you can buy it but it's more fun to make your own
