    Let's see: 30% compliance (mainly because most CCW holders aren't even aware of the SAFE act), no concerted effort will be made to enforce it, and currently will take 1-1.5 years to process the existing number of recertifications? Makes you want to run right out and recertify, doesn't it?

      I have exempted myself from such legislation,


      but I wonder, how may of the 30×% HAD to re- register
      Friend's have security clearance, professional licenses, etc
      And they really had no choice but to bend to the Will of King Andy
