Shut it down! No talk of "possible" illegal magazines..if it's not illegal in the entire United States of Merica..then meh..just a preference of a lying,stealing egotistical Governor which by the way..made this "law" without the proper channels of law making. Sooooo if you're on your property doing whatever you choose to do..blast away. Or come to my club and blast away without anybody saying you can or cannot fire off 8,11 or 16 cartridges. As with any Safe Act stuff..sooo minimal to almost zero, law enforcement bothering with anything about it. Definitely they're not counting people's rounds and definitely not arresting people for having 15 round magazines that they may have had for decades prior to this made up "law". But I guess there are people worried about it, poor souls wasting away their good years worrying if they can or can't have 8 bullets. Then one day somebody on the webz will say oh now we can have 11 or 15 rounds, then all the scaredy fools will run and buy 15 round mags..you know, sorta like the whole "online ammo ban" LOLOLLOLOL! Hey, it's magically legal again cause somebody read it online on NYF and everyone ran and ordered adter 3 years of being hypocritical suckas crying how illegal it is..like sands through the hourglass, these are the days of our lives...MehComment

It also happened to be illegal before SAFE aside from preban mags which generally weren't available for many pistol caliber mags. As at the moment we're attempting to be a NY gun forum and as such I'm trying to keep posts/advise/recommendations compliant with NY law. Nothings changed in that regard since we started this place. Are you held personally liable in a court for the postings of a random web member? I know you like to keep all you do legit but I'd have to guess to say that ones rambling, frustrations on the Safe Act would fully be covered under the 1st amendment..again, we can't go through this life (specially in NY) picking to adore and flaunt the 2nd but chastise people for exampling the 1st. I feel and act the way I choose and you feel and act the way you do, it's the beauty of diversity and freedoms of America. Weren't we all on the same page when we say that shoving a law in at Midnight without proper channels and proper time for others to review and litigate said law, is not actually really a law then? Why not believe and fear every lying sneaky criminal politician then.. I'll abide by laws that are true and shared by my local State Police and Judges, you guys that believe everything you hear on the news will go your way, it's all within the choice of freedoms we have. Obviously a "law" that hastily gets thrown in and then most the country disregards it and the enforcers of said "law" speak publicly how they will not enforce or actively go after Safe infractions..then my kind sir I will not either. I'm sure there's others that feel and do the same but haven't the sak to publicly admit the truths..(yet Chicken has been pretty happily vocal over the years, thank god). Anyway, HexAfie me for freedoms if you feel, I'll be at the range later shooting 14 down range, I don't believe you or the squeaky clean forum will be held liable for my actions and decisions.MehComment
