Looks like Federal is introducing a new handgun round. Supposed to outperform .380 while allowing greater magazine capacity. They're claiming it also is easier recoiling, which would allow for lighter recoil springs. If they can keep the ammo price competitive with .380, then my guess is they've got a winner here. There are plenty of people carrying .380 pistols who would switch if the ammo costs the same. What's not to like about a goldilocks combination of concealability, mag capacity, and milder recoil?
