I don't know what to think about this one. She made it quite clear that she intended to tase him instead of shoot him, but the legal analysis I've heard is that she was well within her rights to use deadly force in that situation. So if she legally could have shot him, but didn't mean to, is she guilty of a crime?
Trying to think of a comparable situation where I could be convicted of something because I didn't mean to do it, even if it was legal to do.NRA Life Member
