I followed up with primary today because I didn't get an answer and they apologized for not getting back to me. Basically they said we don't know how long natural immunity lasts and that studies have shown longer protection with vaccine.

I sent follow up message asking when that study was done and if if was peer reviewed. I also asked why we don't know how long natural immunity lasts seeing as we have been in pandemic for about 2 years now.

Has your company given the employees a deadline or requirement to be vaccinated yet? At this point, just because you're government contractors doesn't legally mean anything. All we have at this point is Biden's executive order saying the jab will be required for all companies with over 100 employees. The XO on its own means jack squat, and jack just left town.

Unless your company has given you a deadline to be vaccinated by, I'd hang on to your exemption letter. Biden can keep yelling at the clouds all he wants, but nobody has to do anything until the agencies he controls actually make the rules and start enforcing them.

So there's going to be some time for this to take effect. Then there will be legal challenges. Then there will be the fiasco of actually enforcing this insanity.

Or, USMC could just brush up on his Spanish and hit the tanning bed.

The next question is what the verification procedure will entail. How will the feds be verifying claims that these companies are all vaxxed?

New Yorkers Against Medical Mandates

Who We Are

We are a small group of nurses and healthcare professionals doing what we do best - advocating for our patients. Who are our patients? Everyone! We are community health leaders both in and out of our hospitals and offices. We see every fellow human being as a uniquely created indivual whose life inherently posesses inalienable rights that are worth defending.

Today, those rights are being threatened in ways we never thought possible in America.
We are fighting for ourselves and for you. NYAMM, inc. is now a registered nonprofit 501c3 (tax exempt status pending) organization. It is our hope and goal to serve our constituents in any way we can during these unprecedented times. This includes healthcare workers, students or others who have been discriminated against and negatively impacted by these mandates.

What We Are Doing

Thankfully, through the use of social media platforms, it has become crystal clear that we are not alone! Tens of thousands of people in our state, and countless numbers across the country and world have been grappling with the same crisis of conscience; do something they feel strongly against or risk thier employment and career. They are looking for a way to effectively overcome the corrupt tyranny that is so heavy handed against the people. Groups are forming in all corners of the earth to stand together and join in their efforts in fighting for medical freedom and bodily autonomy. We are grateful to be one of many.

In addition to providing a place to connect and collaborate, we have spent a lot of time vetting legal teams. For us the choice was clear and we are fortunate to be able to say that Pacific Justice Institute (PJI) agreed to take on our case. They are a large non profit organization that started over two decades ago on the West Coast and have grown to have affiliates across the country, including NY. They are a Christian organization who view their work as a ministry and have successfully pursued constitutional cases both large and small representing clients from all walks of life. They are perfectly positioned for this fight and their intentions are pure. They are serving us pro bono!

The Plan: Get the law straight and then pursue a class action suit on behalf of all who have suffered loss at the heavy hands of this government and where applicable, employers.

IMPORTANT NOTE
For anyone who has suffered under these mandates:

1. Submit your religious exemption to your place of employment. It will be denied.That’s ok! Retain all communications as proof.
2. After receipt of the denial, you must file a complaint with the EEOC. It is nearly impossible to get through or to get an appointment slot. Try repeatedly and document your efforts (video or photos of calling and emailing with the date). Retain your proof.
