OSHA only, it was determined to be aimed at public safety which is too broad an enforcement audience for OSHA to have control over. The medical mandate stands because SCOTUS said .gov can make rules for whomever they pay out money to (medicare/cade payments); I believe this logic will allow the contractor mandate to stand too.

"CDC Director Rochelle Walensky went on CNN to update the American public on the effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccines amid the omicron surge. Walensky confessed on the news network that America’s COVID-19 vaccine inventory no longer prevents transmission of the COVID-19 virus. The CDC said more recently that anyone with Omicron infection can spread the virus to others, even if they are vaccinated or don’t have symptoms."

If anything Pfizer should be only vaccine available since it's fully approved while the other ones like you point out aren't effective at anything currently.
