Have I mentioned before that the mask has no efficacy at all regarding Virus filtering?
it simply keeps one from coughing on others

I think the masks have some benefit even if it's small. I think it can help reduce spread of virus as far as stopping some droplets containing virus from going as far but it's very far from perfect.

Scientifically though I'm immune and plan on following any guidance they have for vaccinated individuals while I'm in public.

That was a different deadline. New deadline is for all healthcare workers to be vaccinated by Sept. 27th.

ALBANY, NY (WRGB) — On Monday, Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced that all healthcare workers in New York will need to be vaccinated against COVID-19 by Sept. 27.

Numbers released by the Department of Health state that 75% of the state's hospital workers, 74% of the adult care facility workers, and 68% of the state's nursing home workers have completed their vaccination.

Back on July 28, Cuomo announced that state employees and patient-facing employees in state-run hospitals will be required to get vaccinated for COVID-19 by Labor Day.

State employees who choose to remain unvaccinated will be required to undergo weekly COVID testing.
