      Do Cosmetic Features ..
determine the functionality, or proposed uses of a gun ..???

Is "Assault Weapon" a legal term that strictly describes cosmetic features ??

      Or

Is it legal fukkery to deprive you of Property interests ??

Interestingly, only John Lott is conversant with these arguments

      Please support G.o.A.

Pretty much the same thing she introduced in 2017: https://www.feinstein.senate.gov/pub...-bill-text.pdf

So is the 'pistol grip' dangerous or isn't it? If replacing the pistol grip with a Thorsden stock doesn't make any difference, then why consider pistol grips a banned feature to start with? The rationale for these features being banned was misguided in the original AWB, but at least proponents of it tried to make an argument about why they were doing it. Now they can't make much of an argument without being obviously contradictory.

The US gun owner and the US firearm market are in a totally different position today than they were in 1994. After having endured the last AWB (which was shown to be pointless) and now dealing with openly defying state level bans, I don't think anyone is really going to care about a new federal ban. Even if this does become law, people aren't going to abide by it. As an added bonus, firearm laws weren't even on the radar as far as issues that were important to voters in the recent mid-term elections. The Democrats just love to piss on the third rail of firearms whenever they get a chance and hurt their chances of taking more seats in congress.

In other news, PSA has some nice carbine kits at a price I'm having a hard time ignoring.

This is a joke, right? This will go nowhere and fail miserably.

That is a NICE looking bunch of meat!

I can still find a use for my thumb, even though it no longer has a hole to finger.

I could have been enjoying his nuts.

              - They've got the votes in the House.
              - The filibuster in the Senate is not a guaranteed thing when all it takes is flipping a few RINOS's (like Rubio, who just introduced national red flag legislation)
              - A veto by The Orange One can't be counted upon either since he sold the 2A voters out with his insistence on a bump stock ban and his view on red flag laws: "get the guns first and then worry about due process".

We may very well be fukked here folks!

All politicians are bad, the Liberals and the Conservatives......because they have become politicians and have completely dismissed the fact that they are servants of those they represent.

                It's time for a reset.
