I believe they're stainless but there is some minor wear on edges of both wrench surfaces. The duct tape is how I received it when I bought it off another member at NYF. I have two others (one on an 6.8 SPC and one on a 308 AR10, so obviously I like them. I don't think Mek has that high of an opinion about them, but he makes his own Peshitta, lol...



If you want pic out of packaging I'll open it up, but it seems to be in good condition overall and comes with the factory washer.
